This endorsement fits a trade business on commercial jobs. The trades can change from job to job, as long as each job stays within two. Level 1 and Level 2 cover the same work.
Level 1 calls for key employees with at least eight years of combined experience. The state minimums are a $55,000 bond and $1 million aggregate in liability insurance, and commercial contractors must carry workers' comp even if the business is in the exempt class.
If the scope grows to three or more unrelated trades, ask whether a commercial general contractor should hold the contract.
